Three-coat traditional and modern EIFS systems, hand-applied and textured to match the existing home. New construction, repairs, and seamless patches.
Good stucco isn't sprayed on and called done. It's three coats: scratch, brown, and finish — each one trowel-applied, each one allowed to cure before the next. That's how stucco holds for fifty years instead of five.
Every patch we do gets textured and blended to match the existing wall. Done right, you can't tell where our work starts and the original ends.
No upsells, no hidden fees. This is the full scope on every stucco project we take on.
Scratch, brown, and finish — hand-troweled with proper cure time between each.
Proper metal lath, paper barrier, and weep screeds — the bones underneath.
Sand float, dash, lace, smooth — textured to match your existing wall seamlessly.
Modern exterior insulation & finish systems for improved energy performance.
Drop cloths, landscape protection, end-of-day cleanup every day.
If anything cracks or fails from our work — we come back and fix it, free.
Old material removed, weather barrier and metal lath installed, penetrations flashed.
First layer troweled on and scored for bond. Cure 24–48 hours before next coat.
Second layer applied and screeded flat. This is where the wall gets straight.
Final color and texture hand-applied. Color-match to your spec or sample.
New stucco runs roughly $8–$14 per square foot installed, depending on system (traditional three-coat vs. EIFS), height/accessibility, and prep needed. Patch jobs are quoted as a flat fee. Every estimate is firm — no surprises.
Not when it's done right. We match texture (sand float, dash, lace, etc.) and color on-site, blend into surrounding wall, and let it cure properly. On most patches, you can't spot our work from 5 feet away.
Stucco needs 30 days minimum to fully cure before painting. We time projects so paint crews can follow us on schedule. Rain during cure is fine — actually helps.
Traditional is three-coat cement stucco on metal lath — the gold standard for durability. EIFS is synthetic stucco over foam insulation — lighter, better insulation, but needs proper drainage. We install both and will recommend based on your building.
